I opened it using Word 2003 and had no difficulty seeing its contents. I tried another computer using Word 2000 and an error appeared stating that it cannot find the file. I looked around and found an article at Microsoft&#8217;s site stating that the problem is known. It does not state the solution to the problem, but introduced a remedy. You can open the file by opening the file from Word 2000. Opening the file through windows explorer will always result in an error message.
