The file server and the domain controller are the most affected when the power trips. Off is their default power state after a failure. To return the system back to normal, shutdown all workstations including the switch and the internet router. After switching off everything, turn them in the following sequence: internet router, switch, domain controller, then file server. Everything should be back to normal once everything is turned on. Otherwise, call tech support.
